Array Tubes
The ArrayTube™ is a micro-reaction vial containing a probe array chip at the bottom. It is easy to handle, uses small reaction volumes, avoids evaporation problems and offers optimal processing through its small surface area.
The ArrayTube™ system combines the advantages of a user friendly probe array platform and a robust, non-fluorescent colorimetric detection method for both research and routine diagnostic multiplex assays. The system enables the efficient conversion of immunological and nucleic acid tests in established formats, like ELISA plates or filter membrane strips, into the miniaturised ArrayTube™ format.
CLONDIAG's ArrayTube (AT) consists of a custom micro probe array (the biochip) integrated into a micro reaction vial. Depending on the individual assay, nucleic acid as well as protein and peptide based arrays can be manufactured. Each AT is labeled with a unique data matrix code (a two-dimensional bar code) identifying array and related assay.
